The firm was founded by Michael C. Mitchell an internationally recognized destination, attraction and leisure planner and designer. Mr. Mitchell has contributed to more than 2,000 projects in 59 countries over this fifty year career.

Ms. Zhang’s responsibilities include supervising MCM’s daily operations in China. She has personally managed over 200 projects for MCM in China.
Beijing COFCO Agriculture Ecological Valley and Nanjing Youth Olympic Games Planning has won Bronze and Golden Award from Society of American Registered Architecture.
Qingdao Cangma Mountain International Resort has won many awards and was invited to attend Venice Biennale.
