From the perspective of PPP ecological project, we will integrate the matching requirements of the existing site into the existing project construction, based on the ecological background of Hutuo River, expand the market scope, improve the project’s influence level, create an operational project with light asset investment, maintain the project’s self profitability, so as to realize the unique value of the project in the ecological reach of Hutuo River of 109 kilometers.
